anyway i think i am bad at handling r/s.. mine wif serene is kinda on the rocks..

i guess yesterday night was a combination of mei see, denise, serene and dora that kinda make things a little gloomy..
its just one of those days which gals call PMS i guess.

well today wasnt that bad.. but glad to know my left knee is now about the same strength as my right.. :) did some light jogging at the threadmill this morning during physio.. sharon(my physio therapist) was actually quite pleased wif my progress.. :) she is kinda hot if u dun know haha.. ;)
yeah.. after the excercises.. went to to visit alan and have some crispy noodles.. and the couter gurl was kinda plump but quite nice.. y?

cos she forgot to put veggies into my plate.. she served it in a small bowl after i was seated..
